ABOUT THIS DEVICE

The next generation Clover Station Duo is a powerful, customizable point-of-sale and business management system with a fixed 14-inch, high-resolution merchant-facing screen and a dedicated 8” display for the customer, both with chemically strengthened cover glass with anti-fingerprint coating, with access to all of Clover’s software plans. Through its customer-facing terminal, Station Duo features fully-integrated payment acceptance capabilities, including credit, debit, EMV, and NFC options. This version provides connectivity via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or LTE. This bundle includes a receipt printer, a Starter Kit, and optional cash drawer.

Please be informed that due to Clover’s new policy, our office does not have the authority to modify the auto-batch out times established by Clover.

The adjustment of auto-batch times can be facilitated through the Support Chat available on the Clover Dashboard, or by reaching out to Clover’s Technical Support team once the equipment is activated by the merchant.

Please be aware that the transition from Auto to Manual Batch out or vice versa requires the merchant’s authorization by calling Clover Partner Support. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  • Software Plans & apps must be selected/ downloaded on the merchants end.
  • Wireless Manager( aka SIM activation) must be done on the merchants end when activating the clover device. The cost for this function is notes above.
  • Tips must be enabled on the merchant end after device is activated.

Software Plans & Third Party Apps

Monthly Software Plans/ Apps are charged by Clover to the merchants checking account on file. All Clover Fees must be charged to the merchant and cannot be absorbed by residuals.

Note if the merchant will be on the Cash Discount plan the Cash Discount App must be installed
